I'm out of riding for the rest of the year at least. Had a crash at Glentress last week and spent just under a week in hospital with a bleeding kidney, contusions in the kidneys, contusions in my abdomen, fluid in the abdomen, bruised liver and cracked and broken ribs.

Safe to say I'm getting rid of the XT brakes ASAP.

156. Yesterday. Dig and ride, or more like dig and slide. Crazy muddy, and pouring cats and dogs all day!
