i dont think anyone has said this yet, but what about a faith with like a 66 or vanilla single crown? or are they straight up downhill and deserve a 888?

might i ask why only one person as mentioned the uzzi?!?! i went in putting money in the back of my mind determined to find one of the best freeride machines... came out with an uzzi, i've only had a chance to try her a few times, once rode about 30 km on twisty hilly roads, to get to a spot for riding some lines and mini drops ie. 5 footers give or take a couple feet. and then rode in some intense xc trails and ended up being at the beginning of the pack... after all this rode to work still loads of energy to go. honestly mint bike, really defines free riding. even found her amazing at high speeds on rough stuff ie rock gardens, etc!

could go on for alot longer but i've liked what i've experienced with it so far!

ITENSE UZZI VPX all the way.

my 08 sx trail 2 doesnt seem to have a weakness for me, i havent tried any other big bikes but i love the look of the demo 7, lack of an fd put me off getting one though, the cannondale perp is a badass frame, the giant reign x because the general population on pinkbike talk about it like its the greatest creation in the universe, and the intense 6.6 slopstyle, lovely looking machine

you have to go for the original all time greats , like the rocky mountain rmx or switch , specialized sx trails were amazing but the new ones look to bendy ,

demo 7 of course, well its not purely because i have one but it was designed as a freeride bike from the word go.

also 1.5 for freeride as its super stiff.

imo the trek session 88 fr is the best freeride bike. not one fault in it and it got 10/10 in mbuk in the freeride category

lol and what mbuk say is gospel.

i would like to see some more mileage on the session as it hasnt proved itself of anything yet.
