Wheels and a fork maybe for starters?

I would drill out the bolt... Use something big enough to take the head of the rounded bolt off, and once you get past the head, they should come off.
As for the seat post, I usually can get it out by twisting the seat and pulling up. If that fails, I might try something like WD-40 as a LAST RESORT... like a drip line around the tube.

And ya, Give it a little time for a reply. We're not all on 24/7.

Yeah sorry i am kinda desperate right now though.

I have used WD-40 no luck.
Could i hacksaw the grip off? I'm not bothered about the grips.

I doubt it. If the bolt is rounded, drill out the bolt. Use like a 3mm or 3.5mm drill bit to take the head off and get new grips.

As for the seat post, you can try wd40... but Only as a last resort. Make sure you clean all of it up.

for the grip screw, take a dremel, make it a flat head screw.
