Kona floating brake arm - HELP!!!!

hey guys, sorry to be a retard and all - but i was taking my back wheel out of my 2007 Kona stab when i messed up....

the floating brake arm ( at the end where it slots up against the rear wheel) fell open and the bearing race and spacers came out onto the floor.

now i put it all back together the way i thought it would go - but when i tightened my wheel up and everything, it went really tight and wouldn't freewheel very well at all.

basically ive assembled the brake arm spacers and bearings incorrectly - so does anyone know the right order for it all? starting from the wheel and working out towards the brake.

e.g- 3 spacers then a roller bearing race, etc etc.

any replies would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Make sure you use some grease and you dont need to crank down on the 8mm axle that just needs to be snug.
