Being scammed over Paypal (Read 1st post)

Why hasn't PinkBike issued some kind of honesty check mark or icon for user accounts. The chat history is plenty enough to prove a suspected case. I'm not talking about miscommunication but straight up fraud. User monhl1 scammed me for a fork and didn't provide any tracking info and has since blocked my account.
