What are some good earbuds that sound decent and fit snug and won't fall out?

EDIT: $40 or less

Sennheiser or however it's spelt. Don't get Skullcandy's. They're overpriced for the quality you get.

skullcandys, while they sound ok for awhile, dont last and get worse with time. If your looking for long lasting, sony, sennheiser, koss, and some others that are custom

i rock these head rush headphones, i have had like 7 pairs of them in 2 years, but i broke more in the winter due to dropping them in the snow and cutting them off with my grinder ect... anyways, good headphones, i got my first pair on sale for 10 bucks and i completely stand by them! you can get them at the source (canada) and radioshack (USA)

I like skullcandy ink'd earbuds. they are like twenty bucks, and sound great. I just got some 2XL spoke earbuds, and they are okay too, though I have only had them about a week or so, so I can't say how long they will last.
