I ride in the lakes to and my bikes 40lb+ and I don't have a problem with. Obviously I'm not riding up hills. You haven't told me your budget but I'd try to get hold of an sx trail or and alpine 160 if you want something which will shread the dhs but you can still pedal it about a bit or just get a full on dh bike and push it up.

. An alpine 160 retails at 2 and half grand and an sx trail at around the two grand mark . I find it hard to believe you couldn't pick a decent one up for well under 2k. Why don't you make a suggestion yourself before getting so stinky.

Hahaha, I read the title thinking you weighed 2000 pounds.....

SX trail is a nice bike.

i was getting 'stinky' because you said you didn't know his budget when he clearly told you it...

therefore making you retarded..

Yeah your right. I'll give you that one, on this occasion I am a retard.
Try looking at the specialised enduro the basic model retails at 2k well speced lyrics, fox shock, x9, avid brakes stick some double ply tires and a short stem for when you want to do some downhilling. Problem solved.
