If your going budget go for a specialized.
if you are not there are a shit load of super nice frames out there. (dartmoor ghetto, dobermann pinscher and mollose, Banshee amp and ns frames)

specialized frames are aluminum, if on a budget (personal opinion) is to go with a chromo frame= for durrable to rocks n shit if i bail-- wont need to be replaced after 2 seasons

Im not a huge fan of specialized. Cheap though

newer specialized frames are cr mo steel.
dartmoors are light but can crack.
NS suburban or capital (if you like 14 mm dropout in the back :-) ); majesti is to expensive for my taste;
leafcycles ruler or charlston frames.
if you are on a budget look some fire eye frames, or octane one (cheep, but proper);
