How to Clean Goggle Lenses?

Couldn't find any forum to post in so yeah... I have a pair of snowboard goggles that i'm not supposed to wipe clean on the inside lens or else it will remove the anti-fog coating. Does anyone know if this is the same for mtb goggles? I've got a pair of Oakley Crobars and it doesn't say anything about it in the manual. How do you clean your goggles? Thanks

For your oakley crowbars just use the goggle holder that came with the googles and make sure its damp.
