My knee has been pretty stiff and swollen since I crashed on it in october, then I crashed on it again coming back from the bar the other night, any one got good advice on reducing swelling after it's been a while since the injury? Everything online seems to be for immediately after the injury (ice)
I had knee swelling for three and a half months after I tore my ACL, the best thing to do is not to get it drained, go to Physiotherapy, it'll help so much, well, it did for me.
