Hey Guys,

about 2 months ago I suffered a mild compression fracture (-20% height) in my t7 vertebrae. I Landed flat off a waterfall in my kayak. I was lucky enough this time and should make a full recovery but do not want things to go badly in my back in the future (while biking and kayaking). Has anyone suffered a similar injury? how long until you got back on the bike.
Also I was looking at spine protectors and wondered, will this actually benefit me in any way other than direct impacts to the spine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Jaime

Also if anyone with previous experience had any exercises to recommend, I can't find anything that will help!
