Witch frame should I choose?

Hi all, I'm going back to school in a couple of days and I need a bike to go around town, I currently own a FR/DH hardtail (for sale) and a BMX both on witch aren't ideal for a casual A to B ride. My goal is to build a bike witch can do light FR/DH and still go around town...

Here are the part I will be using:

Fox Talas 36 (120mm for casual ride 160mm for light FR/DH)
Industry 9 AM or DH wheelset
X9 drivetrain
Some light stem/post/handlebar/tire
Juicy 7
Crank not decided

My question: witch hardtail frame suit my build (riding style) the best.
