I would like to raise awareness for Mafia Bikes and the way they run their business.

Part one: Dealing with potential customers

Mafia sure know how to talk to their customers.

Part two: Warranty

A few weeks ago my mate bought one of the first batches on sale in the UK and snapped it clean in two casing a hop up a tiny kerb. He contacted mafia and they told him it isn't warranty eligible as it was "abused" and because the original factory spec had been modified.

Guess what parts he changed?

The grips.

Thanks for your time and I hope you come to your senses and buy from a brand that have a good warranty and treat their customers with respect.

Cheers

Danny

end on the day dont buy a mafia they are a small company go with a big company u can trust ?

Nah there are many small companies that are legit and that will offer exceptional customer service, far better and more personal than larger companies

But still, the way they spoke to me and several other friends was unacceptable.

They don't honour their warranty when their frames snap doing a small hop, which is complete and utter shite considering it's a BMX bike.

i agree with Tom but when your just starting out its not really good practise to start saying f-you basically he could have said for those who thought it would never happen then left a pic like i said its really not good practise if your a very small company half the reason i bought a dartmoor was cause of slam69's customer service

Sound like a dickhead company as if a bike has been modified if your mate changed the grips. And Danny, you can get banned from facebook for spamming lol

i dont think he is too bothered as long as the message gets out there
