Crank bolt frozen! HELP!

so i was trying to remove the crank from one bike to another and on the drive side the crank bolt will not come off, i tried to get some liquid wrench in there but its a tight fit and doesn't work, i tride heating around the spindle but that was like impossible. now i am to the point were the bolt is almost completely stripped and i don't what to do. hoping you guys can help me out (:
