yo bro the 2009 was the lightest capital frame, it was like 2.1kg or something as i remember reading it on bikerboywills add when he sold it.

joostflux had a 08 cap with 26" He cut the cross bar to slam it . But he said he didn't have to do that just to fit the wheel .He ran a shaved kenda cross. But you could run a tioga city slicker with it and should have no issues. The tioga is vey sticky too so it's a solid street tire.
