Rules 120mm min fork travel, double or single chainrings only (no 44t log slicers), short stems (no boat tillers) no tiny dirt jump/4x bikes.

*Hardtails for embarrassing mr carbon fibre bling bling latest gear full bouncer out in the real world. The Ferrari's of the hardtails world, not the Fords. Rare and exotic.

*Aggro looking Fatbikes with Suspension forks are in for now.

*No arguing the toss because its you opinion. No one wants to see pages of off topic arguments. No point blank question like what is the best hardtail as its far to subjective and takes the thread off topic.

*Any questions of component style should include pictures of the components and the what you intend to fit them on.

*Ride reports and reviews are welcome as long as photos are posted.

*No fuzzy phone pics, quality photography please!

*No barends ever!

*NO POSTING YOUR OWN BIKE Unless It is really desirable to the hardtail connoisseur and not just to yourself. AKA no generic of the shelflow to mid range hardtails with a few shiny additions.

People who still post their own bike open them selfs up to subject to a Roasting by the members of this thread in the same lines as comedians do to each other, we will be super pedantic and pick out any little flaws in your bike and build. Your feeling may get hurt, but you know the risk.

*Posting the process of a custom build is aways welcome as long as it meets the criteria above.

*Posting meh bikes, arguing, taking the thread off topic will see you added to that ban list.

Thats no good, its a tiny DJ/4X frame and single speed. With like 80mm of travel in the forks. Did you even read the thread requirements???

here it is now with fork raised to 130mm. it was at 100 in the other pic..
