My DH fork is bottoming out half way up the sanction...help!

My 2006 Boxxer Race makes a clicking noise whenever i hit an average sized bump and then bottoms out half way up the fork. I only have 100mm travel. And new forks cost too much.

Take the lowers off and see what you can see. Broken spacer maybe binding the spring? Worn out guides? Or it could be something with the cartridge although if it was the cartridge then I think you would notice other things.

My best advice, don't screw around in pink bike, just call The manufacturer or take it to a shop to get overhauled
