Hey all,

I bought the above recently, the setup is apparently perfect for my weight according to both Banshee and Cane Creek themselves, which is a 350lbs spring, about 5 turns of preload. With that I am achieving about 33% of sag.The high speed compression seems to be a small bit low and the low compression speed feels pretty good.

While the suspension is progressive it's really only getting real resistance in the last 25% of the travel, I haven't ridden the frame properly yet. Just checking to see if anyone has experience with this setup or should I just load up on the high speed compression?

Here is a link to there website, input your frame info. It will give you a base tune. It's just a base though, adjust to your liking.

Thats the one I was using. I was just thinking that before I took it out for the first run that it was way too plush to not bottom out, I was wrong. The high speed compression was much more effective than I first thought. Cheers though.
