Jenson USA?

i didint really know where to put this but i bought a bike from Jenson USA on the 20th. It has now been 7 buisness days and their website says they take a maximum of 5. I have emailed them asking for updates and its the same guy that says the bike builders are swamped with orders. What im wondering is has anyone else had problems like this and is Jenson a legit site? thanks in advance

jensen has been around for a while and from what i gather, they are legit. They may just be busy.

Yeah probably lots of orders, I just ordered armor, a fullface and goggles from them they're pretty sweet

I've ordered a few times from them over the years, never had any problems and delivery times have always been reasonable. i would take their response at face value and just be patient.

Don't take their ads EVERYWHERE as seeing them as a fake company they're check out alright

I have only ordered parts (nothing that needed to be built mind you), and the short shipping times to Canada has been astonishing to me. Pricepoint deliveries take about 2 weeks, Chainreaction 2-3 weeks, Jenson is 3-4 days. And Jenson shipping cost beats Pricepoint by a few bucks (Chainreaction is usually the cheapest for shipping though).
