I just got a 2000 gs300 recently. Is300s are pretty expensive/ slightly less common here and is200s are cheap so loads get the shit kicked out them. This is one of the cars I bought to be relatively permanent so planning to get rid of the general slushiness of it with coilovers that are on the way and welding the diff, and a bmw box transplant maybe next year. The toyota gearboxes have all went up in value over here, R154s were over £1000 laat tine I looked and have apparently kept climbing. Will need to look into uprated arbs too. Then boost

Didn't realise how heavy the aristos/soarers/altezzas etc were until I started properly thinking about getting one. Im sure legacys are considerably lighter despite more storage room. Huge difference to my 900kg rice racer as well

Well yeah, they're luxury cars, not sports cars lol. R154's got stupid expensive, like $2500usd on eprey. Are JZ to Getrag/BMW swaps a pretty common practice over there?

Yeah the gs but thought the other 2 were marketed as sport/luxury. I am struggling to find much info on it other than posts on driftworks but it does happen. Few different adapters available

Ad was already deleted, what was it?

So would removing my overload leaf in my rear spring pack be fine to do? Hoping it'd lower it enough so I could add shackle relocation brackets and not have a vertical shackle angle. Those add about 2" lift, but I don't want that much from what I'm at now, could cause driveshaft issues. Thinking I'll swap leafs around to the other side, since the right rear is settled lower than the left from the torque lean, so I could get the same on the other.
This is the leafs I have.
