well i think 150 flexible can get you a pair of elixir 5s, might run you up closer to the 200 mark but they're good reliable brakes

haha, well i was selling my elixir 5s for 150 for both, my friend got a jump on them. sold them last week, shouldnt be hard to find a pair

all mountian, i was on fromme the other day and rode floppy bunny and bobsled but i felt my current brakes just werent cutting it so im looking for some nicer ones.

you'd be fine with the deore but i still suggest elixirs, never had personal experience with shimano other then my own saints

Might be a little beyond your budget, but they're a VERY GOOD brake for the money. The best value out there IMO. I've had mine for 3 seasons....they've been trouble free and work awesome.....tonnes of power!
