Currently riding a 2012 Kona Operator and am just not happy with the bike, have been looking at getting back onto a Norco and am looking at a Truax frame for next season and swapping all the components from the operator over to it. Is it possible to adapt the Formula 12x150mm from the Kona to fit the 12x142mm spacing on the Truax?

I don't believe so. Truax doesn't have interchangable drop outs or anything like that to widen the spacing.

You would probably have to re-lace the wheel to an appropriate hub.

Kinda figured so, I know there are spacers to go from 135mm to 142mm, just wasn't sure if there was anyway to reduce the width.
