New Boxxer RC vs Used Boxxer with Cr1 cartridge

I am buying my first DH fork (: I Can't decide whether to buy a new 2011 boxxer RC or a Used 2011 boxxer upgraded with a CR1 cartridge. Can anyone help me out. Both the same price. What's the general rule with used forks if any? Help desperately needed THANKS
