So if you want to convert your bike to Left Hand Drive what do I need, parts wise..?

LHD Rear hub and thats it ? or what else ? and then place my cranks or sprocket on the left side ?

all you realy need is the hub but with the cranks fliped the pedals will want to come loose more easily....but as long as you use lock tight and make sure they are tight youll have no problems

LHD Hub and Cranks,

If you just switch RHD cranks to left your pedals will come loose will be backwards.

Magic.
No but seriously though don't just flip your cranks. Pedals are threaded the way they are for a reason.
