Does anybody know if there is an I-spec mount for the M-770 shifter? I know Shimano makes them for the M-780 and the newer XTR, but I don't see any for the slightly older model. Is it possible to use the M-780 I-Spec on the M-770 shifters? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I just got the m780 i-spec,after having m770's for a while and I now wouldn't go back.I love everything about them. However,I have just checked them against each other,(770&780),and they look slightly different, the size is the same,as far as I can tell, but there small differences in the shape, they're only small, but probably enough to make it impossible.
Incidentally,I got mine from chain reaction for £34.99,i guess thats about $25-$28,not far off what the i-spec adaptors would be on their own.

Thanks for your help I really appreciate it. What's the major difference between the 770 and the 780? I know you can shift through multiple cogs in one throw of the lever, but that's the extent of what I know about the 780.
