So my grandpa dropped by when I was home for christmas and gave me something he dug out of the basement. Apparently he used it in 1952 to film a dam being built. It's a Pathe Webo Super 16mm camera. The camera was made in the 40's. SO it's a bit of a museum piece but it works like new(as far as i know) So, I just gotta track down some film for it and figure out where/how to get it processed. Hopefully footage eventually...?
all i gotta say is you better have a decent paying job if your going to film with that, i am sure you know that haha anyways looking forward to seeing some film have fun
depending on where you live, theres lots of little outfits that will develop 16mm for you. then you need to get it transfered to digital for editing, and there are lots of little production houses that do that.
