Hi all, im gonna be repainting or spraying my bike now because its just ugly and i have time Smile

I have a question tho, do i have to sand down the rims, stem, spokes, seat clamps and the small things?
And for the details like the hussefelt logo on the stem, how do i prevent the paint from just gathering up and making the logo less detailed?
