WHAT IS MY BIKE 1970s "Rekord"?

Please help me figure out what my bike is. i have fixed it up from trash basically. i found t with an inch of dust and spiderwebs. It has a few stickers still left of the frame. Wheels are 27 inch, one sticker says made in Portugal. The main colour is an off-white, with small yellow crest shaped sticker that says REKORD. I have attached pictures below. PLEASE HELP!
