HI,

i was checking some parkour training vids the other day and i thought wow this will really help with freeriding. do you agree? anyone have experience with both sports?

i found the rolling out of falls and stuff pretty handy for crashes. where you dive instead of just bashing your face on dirt Smile also knowing your body mechanics helps with 360, 180 etc.

I'd think it would help quite a bit in different ways. If you're good at parkour you're going to be a little more agile and have quicker reactions so you'll bail easier. And maybe if you're good at doing flips and stuff as well it will help you catch on to similar tricks on your bike.
