Selling a friend's bikes, as he is moving to Australia. Just wondering what these were worth:

1991 Trek 2500 carbon/aluminium road bike frame - (brand new, in box)
1992 Trek Singletrack 990 complete mountain bike - (used, in good condition, with original ds2 fork)

If you are interested in buying, give me your email and i will notify you when they go on eBay!
Thanks in advance,
Alex

That is such a hard question...to some, these old bikes are "unridable" and have little to no value. To others, they have riding or historical value, so that is really a tough one. Put it for sale for what you think it's worth, compared with a new entry level mtn. bike. I personally have a blast on my 1992 Trek 820 Antelope. Makes me appreciate my Giant NRS much more too.
