I believe this is a scammer. New member and prices are way too low. 88 for two sets of Magura MT8 when one set is 200 raises a red flag for me. https://www.pinkbike.com/u/Galboya/

Have you called PayPal? Because that is often much more helpful than emailing with them.

I did and they said it is up to the cc company. I know that isn't entirely true as I know people that have had luck with them but I'm guessing as I'm not a regular user they think the other guy has more value to them.

Same thing happen to me a year ago with user https://www.pinkbike.com/u/ajhaldbk/. User submitted an unauthorized transaction with paypal and paypal went after me for the funds. Fortunately I shipped with bikeflights with signature required on delivery. Also took a ton of pictures of the shipping box and all communications with user and it took paypal about 30 days to investigate and rule in my favor.
