2008 marzo roco tst r very slow rebound

I bought a 07 rocky mountain switch and it came with the 08 roco tst r. The shock is VERY plush and im guessing it needs more air but i dont know where the air valve is on the shock... Any help would be appreciated. Im guessing its in the small piggy back canister but im not going to open things up without an idea of what the canister does. I have the rebound adjuster opened up so it rebounds as fast as possible but its still pretty slow. Also the tst is set for full travel (ds) and is slow in climb setting also.

The cap on the bottom of the external canister should unscrew to reveal the Schrader valve.
