What knee pads do you ride with? Been getting my knees beat up lately and need some pads. Doing xc and getting into rough hard trails and need some advice on protection.

I have the Troy Lee Designs Lopes Knee Guard.

Might be overkill for XC, but they're very comfortable, I don't feel they slide down while pedaling, and like how it uses a sleeve to wrap around your leg, and then secured with velcro straps (vs. just the straps).
