Yes i'm back again Smile so after a while i have decided that maybe i could buy this https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1435198/ and put my RST Gilla + on it, buy a new headset and put on my ancient 2002 shimano XL cranks and buy a new rear break, would this be heavy and any good?

Dont put the RST on it. That frame is designed for at least 160mm travel and ideally about 180. It will have you BB silly low and steepen the head angle right up doing that.

ive got a budget of 250, but i could always sell the rst or something, or get a loan from my parents, the thing is headset seating by itself is around 20, but any fork recommendations?

Older marzocchi Drop of would probably be your best bet.

Is 250 your total budget for a DH bike or just of the fork? If its your total budget then get a hard tail. 250 on a full sus DH bike will have some serious corners cut and you'll probably spend more time waiting for you to save up for replacement parts than you do riding.

Edit:

For reference that was my 1st DH bike and cost me about £600. It was pretty shot and everything on it was a bit rattly or broken.

That headset isant a full headset. Id buy this http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=112

The cranks will need a bb but a shimano one will work and they are cheap.

Edit: ask the seller what travel those are they look quite short.

The bike has bb installed, and the add says 160mm, but i will message him to ask to measure them up, just forgot of the postage prices on all of this

Edit : found a rear break https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1427637/ Smile

Its either ISIS drive or Truvative Howitzer. Its hard to say without a better pic. I I was you though I would get those FSA cranks and a 20 quid shimano bb. Much better system ISIS was awful and the Howitzer stuff isn't great.

No worries.

One bit of advise. Its coming into Winter so don't rush building the bike. If you have to wait a month longer to get a more reliable part then wait you'll probably get more riding done in the long run instead of braking something and waiting to fix it.

When buying parts by all means go 2nd hand especially on big items like frame fork and wheels plus on parts that don't move like stem bars and seat post. I highly recommend buying things like headset bottom bracket rear mech and stuff new though as it will last you allot longer. Also brakes can be found dirt cheap brand new. Shimano Deores are fantastic for the money.
