Mega AM Cane Creek - Is it worth it?

Hey guys, i'm about to buy a Mega Am and have a dilemma. Do I go for the monarch or CCDB? What are the main pros of the CCDB bar the suppleness of the coil? And does it loose much in the climbs? Any advice would be great!

Hi Niall, I got a 2013 mega a few months ago, i opted for the Monarch Plus RC3. i have had a DB on my last bike a orange Alpine 160 and it was a great shock but i didn't really use the adjust-ability that much.
The Monarch shock on the Mega has really impressed me, it feels extremely plush and the bike has loads of grip.
It actually has coil like trail compliance on small bumps so i would go for the Monarch.

I agree,was going to swap the monarch out on my AM,but it's better than expected,certainly for my riding
