For Windows XP using firefox: Everything is the same except for the video directly. It's in firefox's default temporary file directly.
For Windows Vista: Everything is the same except for the video directory.

what i did and its much simpler is you download a firefox plugin thing and then it appears to the left of the adress bar and any site with a video on it you can download but you HAVE to let the video download completely. cant remember where i downloaded it and i need to go soon so i cant get a link but just go on google quickly then after that it takes 2 scs to save the video to your computer and then you have to convert it, if you have a mac you can use iSquint which is free and if you have a pc work it out lol
I tried that. When i do it, it say that the place cannot be found and to make sure i wrote it correctly.
If you're using internet explorer 7: DO the following
1) Press Windows key + E 2) Click Control Pannel 3) If you're using catagory view ( default) follow A) if you're using classic view follow B)
4) a) click Network and Internet connection 5) a) click internet options
4) b) click internet options 5) b) go to 6)
6) Click setting under "browsing History" section 7) Click on "view file button" This should lead you to your temporary folder where your video is saved.
ok Like With firefox I go about:cache and then I see the list adn I have a really hard time finding which one is the video. like I would try and do a page find for flv and it wouldnt come up with anything. so my question is how do you find the video in the list of items?
if you have ie7 you can just go to the window your using and go to tools>internet options>browsing history settings>view files. if you don't have tools just right click on the upper gray part in your browser then click menu bar.
