I have a large and am 5'10. It's a pretty tall bike, but not very long.

Do you think the 17.5" meta sx frame would be good size for a person around 5'10-6ft?

I'm 5'11 and ride a medium.
I like my bike to be flicky and whipy, and its easy to throw about in the air. I don't ever feel cramped, but I do sometimes wish it was slightly longer when riding technical stuff. But if that's the sort of thing you want to ride, buy the AM haha

I'm 6'3 and ride a large, at times I wish I had an xl but the slightly smaller frame size is so much more fun in the air and tighter trails

Nice! But both the top tube and the reach on the large is on the really short side totally against the new forward geometry trend.

it doesn't need to follow a trend, it just needs to ride well.
it does.

Finally got around to taking care of the squeaking caused by the rear shifter/brake cable rubbing against the steerer tube, and noticed that the cables have worn down the tube quite noticeably! If you have a 2016 and older version, make sure you take care of it right away and tape your steerer tube where the cable rubs! It looks like Commencal finally figured it out and moved the cable entrance/exit to the downtube on the 2017 V3.

How to protect your expensive fork steerer from the internal routed cables in the Commencal Meta headtube.

Good to know Eek

Anyone here running both 203mm rotors on their bike? In order to get 203mm on the rear is it just a case of adding more spacers to the current brake mount? It's integrated with the frame.
