I need some advice on a good pack if I were to start a job patrolling at a bike park. I find a lot of ski patrol packs but nothing really geared towards riding with medical gear.

Any patrollers on here have any recommendations?

Are there any patrollers on here in general?

The bike patrol guys here in Whistler pretty much all run with Dakine Nomad or Apex. I don't know of any bag specifically designed to hold medical stuff, but I just bundle mine all up in a well designed first-aid bag/kit, and then place that inside my backpack.

I brought over with me one of these and have tailored the contents to include a lot of extras, including SAM splint, torniquet, quick-clot, and Israeli Bandage, plus some nut-free and high-sugar foods and purification tablets (this is also my backcountry kit), and I can fit it all in that pouch. The pouch will then fill about half a Nomad pack with room still for jacket in the main pouch, and the front-pocket still empty for pump, tubes, tools, etc. Apex has a lot more space again.
