I've found their cust serv to be excellent..
I bought my frame used 4 years ago and this year they've sent me replacement paint and shims for suspension rock for free!!
pretty amazing really that they're looking after 2008 frames still..

I needed rear spacers and I ending up going to a friends machine shop and we made them.


They still haven't gotten back to me, but I gave up months ago
