Leatt is great. I ride with the Comp 4 and is very comfortable. Any of their lineup is great IMO so with them I think its a matter of deciding your budget for a neck brace, as with the more expensive ones you are mostly paying for a lighter brace, with some other advantages as well.

Leatt Pro Lite for me. As Tobi says all the Leatt range is good, as are the Atlas range. So it really comes down to budget and personal choice. But whatever you do, and I can't stress this enough, make sure you get it fitted properly and when you do, make sure you take your helmet with you. A large percentage of people who end up with neck brace related injuries have failed to do this and then blame the brace. A piss poor fit will result in the brace not doing its job.
