Hi, I've just took my new glory frame to Rutland Cycles to get it built up, I have some m810 saints that I asked them to bleed. I have just been setting up the bike and the reach adjustor in the rear brake is stuck and won't turn, is this something I can fix or do I need to take it back to the shop?
I assume that your lever is clean, so there's no dirt trap in the screw. If it can be move before you send it to lbs, then you better ask them to fix it.
Otherwise, try to turn the knob with a little bit force won't hurt. Maybe you should try in both clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
fyi, there is no mechanical moving parts in the reach adjustment. Basically it just a long screw that can be turned without tools.
