you will get one or the other, quality or cheap. For my money, id spend the extra cash and get some nice spank or straight line pedals. They will be 125-150 for a set, but look at it this way, your pedals are they only thing other then your hands that keeps you on the bike, you might want to put a bit of extra cash into them to give yourself a better grip and pedal platform. For grips, ODI ruffians all the way.

but hey, if you want to save cash, grab some truvativ holzfellers and some sram grips. Just dont be surprised when you run through them in a season.
