Kona stinky 2012 1.5 steerer to 1 1/8 to fit dual crown forks ?

So i have a kona stinky 2010.. well at least the frame is and want to throw on some bigger forks for some extra plushness and high speed mobbin. I have some marzocchi 666 single crown forks on but i feel like they arent cutting it. any thoughts? is it worth getting a converter? what do i have to do to be able to fit dual crown forks on my bike?

you'll just need a new headset if you wana run a 1 1/8 fork on it
and stem if you buy a new fork with direct mount stem
