Heard that from a lot of people tbh. Love the look of the 661 and it has great reviews, so went for that. In regards to mips, its one of those things that you cant prove, ie you cant say: ,well i got brain damage but i wouldve had less with mips' or 'i got brain damage with a mips helmet, it doesnt work'. If it works it works, if it doesnt i still have a good helmet

I just can't see how the layer is supposed to move without your helmet already moving in a crash in the first place. Basically unless your helmet is completely clamped onto your head, I believe your hair will move before the mips does...

The guy that doesn't crash is gonna make it down the hill faster? Every race where I have pushed it to hard and crashed I've placed bad so id rather ride more in control and not crash
