Looking for recommendations for the best camp ground to stay at for the windham race? I will be there with my son so wondering if the hostel bike park is a good place to stay. Pleas let me know if there are any epic spots to stay at?

Go to www.racewindham.com there is a link under lodging to campsites in the area. There are some really nice state campgrounds and also private ones within 15 miles of Windham. I would make reservations asap as camping is popular in the Catskills in the summer.

I've been trying like hell to figure this out too. Anyone have any luck yet? The spots listed on the Windham website are mostly RV campsites, which I guess would work, but I'm just looking for a place to pitch a tent in a state park.

Also, do you guys know anything about the Wilderness Mission Bike Park? Does that place still function. Trying to decide if I should bring the big bike with me
