Supreme 8 gearing problems

Hey guys
So I bought a 2012 supreme 8 and it's a great bike but I do have problems with gearing because it is really hard to ride it up the hill since I would like to use it as my all-around bike (I was on a tight budget and got a good deal for this one). There are not realy any steep climbs, mostly switchbacks, but the road I am taking for the most fun track is long 11km but at least paved.
So if anyone know what would be a good combination front and back, please let me know You would help me a lot.
