I want to get a GT SANCTION frame and swap over all the components of my capra pro will it all swap straight over with just a new bottom bracket or is there anything else I will need any help appreciated I am no bike mechanic.
Am worried that my cranks won't fit ?

The BB on the Capra is PF 30 , which also has a different style crank to that used on the Gt Sanction, so I'm afraid you need a new BB and crank to match . You will also need new Gear cable and inner , and also the seat post altho the correct diameter will be a pain to fit as it is very long and the seat tube short , and the union on he bottom of the post will get close to the rear shock ( unless your freakily long legged , the 150 mm post is way too long ) you may also need a new set of headset bearings and cups . I have both bikes here !

One else, Sanction is only allowed single chainring. You cannot put any FD.
