New avid rotors rubbing

Hi just got my new wheel build from the lbs complete with new rotors, tyres ,cassette etc but the new rotors are rubbing slightly and in turn slowing the wheel down quite a bit ,
they seem to be resting on the inside brake pad, the rotors aren't bent anywhere so I can't seem to figure it out , (old rotors were fine) any advice please
