I am in dire need of an upper shock eye bolt as I sheared mine trying to get it out (because specialized decided aluminium was a good material for a bolt that is meant to be tightened to 150lb torque)! I am hoping someone has been forced to purchase the bolt kit but hasn't needed this specific bolt and is looking to make a little money back and a man very very happy! I would pay up to £15 including next day delivery within the UK. The exact bolt code is 2.K if this is needed schematics can be found online easily.

hi, couldn't you just go out and buy a steel/titanium bolt in the size that u need? an aluminum one might strip again, or is it a non standard size/thread?

The only thing i can think for you to do without buying a bolt kit is to go and ask your local engineer to make you one.
