Thinking about putting new fox 36 160 mil fork on my stumpy evo, do u think it will negatively effect the geometry.

O+

The stumpy evos were designed around a 150mm fork so a 160mm fork will work just fine. The longer fork will make the bikes angles slightly slacker making it handle better on the downhills and it should make the overall ride a bit more playful.

Should be sick! (Unless you just ride flat trails...)

have you checked the pike? it is selling for 500 in some webpages, 450 if it is white

160 mm and 35mm, very plush

I ride the 160 lyrik on mine and it's a real peach, had a 36 too which was just as good, if a bit heavy due to being coilsprung.
Doesn't upset the geometry at all and any change in fork travel within 10% of the original travel doesn't make the warranty void either.

Go for it.
