The stumpy evos were designed around a 150mm fork so a 160mm fork will work just fine. The longer fork will make the bikes angles slightly slacker making it handle better on the downhills and it should make the overall ride a bit more playful.
I ride the 160 lyrik on mine and it's a real peach, had a 36 too which was just as good, if a bit heavy due to being coilsprung. Doesn't upset the geometry at all and any change in fork travel within 10% of the original travel doesn't make the warranty void either.
